GroundsPRO is excited to announce the acquisition of Groundscape Maintenance of Dayton Ohio!

Started by Jeff Hahn in 2001, Groundscape Maintenance has been a well respected commercial landscape and snow removal provider throughout the Dayton market. Over the last several years, Groundscape has been a partner with Tony Wilson and GroundsPRO in helping to service our clients in Dayton, OH.

The addition of Jeff and his team to the GroundsPRO family will grow our resources to continue to deliver superior landscape services. Jeff Hahn will remain with GroundsPRO as our Regional Manager, working with all four Branches and Jared Proffitt will lead our Dayton Team.

We are thrilled to add the knowledge of the Groundscape team and look forward to growing relationships and business in Dayton.

Our clients include but are not limited to locally owned office and industrial sites, to professionally managed office complexes and communities.

Our services include all facets of landscape maintenance, and are offered as a full package that best suits your property. Services include but are not limited to mowing, turf applications, spring clean up & mulching, mulch cultivation, pruning, leaf removal, tree and shrub ipm, aquatic maintenance, irrigation mgmt., snow and ice removal.

Our History

Anthony Wilson founded GroundsPRO, LLC in 2012 as a full service commercial grounds maintenance company. The company is built on a total commitment to client satisfaction and is dedicated to personal service. As a critical factor to today’s business success, GroundsPRO functions to protect and improve clients assets and providing value through professional management of their grounds. This is attained by having a dedicated and well trained staff that is continuously looking out for the best interest of our clients.

Our team has been working in the industry for over 350 collective years with clients such as Neyer Management, Sugar Creek, Miller Valentine, MPRS,  JLL, Towne Properties, REM Group, CB Richard Ellis, Colliers International, Stonegate Property Mgmt, City of Forest Park, City of Blue Ash, Hills Communities, Fath Properties, Berkshire Realty Group, and many others. We are excited to continue the successful partnerships with local and national clients such as those listed above.
