Commercial Landscape Crew Leader/Driver
Landscaping Crew Leaders/Drivers for their West Chester, OH branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial landscaping experience, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks. Responsibilities include overseeing and working with a crew of 2-4 employees, performing various landscaping activities such as planting, weeding, digging, and applying chemicals. The role also involves operating lawnmowers, hauling materials, and assisting with snow removal. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are essential. The position offers competitive pay up to $26.25/hour based on experience, along with bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in the commercial landscaping field.
- Valid state driver’s license and the ability to be insured by the company’s insurance agent.
- Physical fitness to perform strenuous outdoor work, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and work in adverse weather conditions.
- Knowledge of standard horticultural practices.
- Ability to operate a truck and trailer combination proficiently.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons and have weekend availability.
- Preferred qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, pesticide certification, and proficiency in Spanish.
Landscaping Crew Member

GroundsPRO, LLC, a full-service commercial grounds maintenance company in Cincinnati/Norwood, OH, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, irrigation, edging, pruning, landscape installation, and snow removal. The position requires physical fitness, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to work in adverse weather conditions. While prior experience is preferred, the company is open to training the right candidates. Successful applicants can earn up to $18.15/hour based on proven experience, with an additional $2/hour for having a valid driver’s license and being insurable. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, referral bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, irrigation, edging, pruning, landscape installation, and snow removal.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, use tools and equipment properly, and perform basic planting skills.
- Physical fitness to safely lift up to 25 pounds regularly, sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions and with pesticides and insects.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in the lawn care industry and a valid driver’s license (ability to be insured by the company’s agent).
